Backorders
When ordering multiple products and one or more items are on backorder, the entire shipment will be held until all items can be shipped together unless Customer Service is contacted to request otherwise. If shipped seperately additional shipping charges may apply.

After receiving your earthing product, please use it as suggested. If within thirty days you are not satisfied, you may return it and receive a full refund. No questions asked. We must, however, receive the returned goods within sixty days of your receiving it in order for you to receive a full refund.
Defects
Defective return does not include returns for incompatibility. Barefoot Sales Corp. Reserves the right to replace defective parts or to issue a refund when seen fit.

All repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Service options, parts availability and response times will vary. You are responsible for delivery and the cost of delivery of the product or any parts to the authorized service center for replacement, per our instructions. Barefoot Sales Corp. reserves the right to replace defective parts or to issue a refund when seen fit.
