Auto Seat Mat Kit

The Earthing® Auto Seat Mat connects you to the metal frame of your vehicle through the Auto Coil Cord. While this does not create a true earth ground, it pulls static electricity off your body that accumulates as you drive. It also connects you to the electrons that flow from the vehicle’s battery into the frame. Together, this supports a reduction in the physical and mental fatigue that can occur from driving.

1. Snap the Auto Coil Cord onto the connection tab of your Earthing® Auto Seat Mat. 
2. Place the Auto Seat Mat on top of your vehicle’s seat. The black side will face up. The blue side will face down.
3. Clip the other end of the Auto Coil Cord underneath your vehicle’s seat onto the metal frame of your vehicle. 

For optimum effectiveness, we recommend either direct skin contact (such as when wearing shorts or a skirt) or keeping clothing layers to a minimum as much as possible. For example, if you are wearing a long sweater or sweatshirt, tuck it out of the way so you’re not sitting on it.
