The grounded Sleep Mat is 100% conductive, easy to clean, and very durable. It's the perfect way to ground when traveling too, especially when you're unsure what size mattress you'll be sleeping on!

For those of you who sleep with a partner, you have the option for only one of you to be grounded by setting up the Earthing Sleep Mat vertically on one side of the bed. Or, you can set it up horizontally across the mattress so that you can both ground either the lower or upper half of your bodies.

Smooth Surface Area: You’re 100% grounded anywhere your body touches the Sleep Mat.

Sanitary Material: The grounded Sleep Mat is made of PU (Polyurethane) resin and carbon. Vegan leather look-alike items made with polyurethane (PU) are very consumer friendly and safe unlike older PVC leathers. It is vinyl-free and phthalate-free.

The hypoallergenic nature of carbon helps combat allergens in your bed. These covers not only ground you, they also create a physical shield against the dust and mites living in your mattress. This is the same material used to make our Earthing Elite® Mattress Cover.

Easy Cleaning: Simply clean with a little soap and water on a cloth, then wipe clean with plain water and allow to dry naturally.

Versatile Set Up: Slide the straps of the Sleep Mat under your mattress and position it either horizontally or vertically across your mattress. This product is excellent to travel with as it can accommodate any size mattress.

Put the Sleep Mat over or under your fitted sheet: Direct skin contact is always best so placing the Sleep Mat on top of your fitted sheet is ideal. However, the Sleep Mat is designed to 100% ground you when placed under your fitted sheet as well. Please use a cotton, bamboo, or other natural fabric fitted sheet.

We recommend no more than one fabric layer between your skin and the Sleep Mat.
