How it Works

Do you put the Sleep Mat over or under your fitted sheet?
Either! Direct skin contact is always best so placing the Sleep Mat on top of your fitted sheet is ideal. However, the Sleep Mat are designed to 100% ground you when placed under your fitted sheet as well. Fitted sheets should be made of cotton, bamboo, or a poly-cotton blend. We recommend no more than one fabric layer between your skin and the Sleep Mat.
