What is your Return Policy?

Earthing offers a 90-day return policy for any reason. 

After receiving your Earthing product, please use and care for it as directed. If within ninety days of your order date you are not satisfied, you may return it and receive a full product refund. Our grounded shoe return policy is different. Please scroll down.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless due to manufacturer defects.
  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. We recommend adding tracking to the shipment. Please keep your tracking number until the refund process has been completed.
  • If you choose not to add tracking to the shipment, and it is lost by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.

To return your product, please email us with your order number at help@earthing.com and a RMA number with return instructions will be provided.

Earthing offers a one year warranty for manufacturer defects.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days on unworn flip flops with the original tags still intact.

To return your product, please call 1-888-223-8454 to receive your RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).

Grounders have a 90-Day Manufacturer Warranty.

Sedona & Aspen Shoe Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days on unworn Sedona shoes and Aspen sandals with the original tags still intact.

Please note: The Earthing Product Tester was designed specifically to test our Earthing Elite Sleep Mats, and is not calibrated to accurately test the Sedona shoes.
