We know you’re excited about your Earthing purchase, so we try to have your orders on their way to you as quickly as possible! Here’s what you need to know:
We are working quickly and safely to process your order. Our warehouse team has implemented staggered shifts, face coverings, and daily sanitation regimens. We continue to strive for prompt, accurate fulfillment of orders and are proud to say that the majority of orders are being shipped out within our normal processing times (see below). With that being said, there is a possibility that your order may take an extra day or two to be processed and shipped.
Also, because of COVID-19, UPS is experiencing occasional delivery delays. Please understand that even when we ship your order on time, there is a possibility that your order may arrive a little later than anticipated due to carrier delays. While expedited shipping options are still available, and most of the time those deliveries arrive on-time, UPS isn’t able to offer money-back guarantees on expedited deliveries, as they have in the past.

Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 3 business days of purchase, but they often ship out faster. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 6 business days to process.
Expedited Shipping orders must be placed before 1pm Pacific Time/4pm Eastern Time in order for the package to ship out on the same day. Please note that UPS isn’t able to guarantee expedited shipping times right now due to COVID-19 delays, but they are doing their best and usually meet stated delivery timeframes.

If you need to change the shipping address, add to, or remove items from your order before it ships, please call Customer Service at 1-888-223-8454 for assistance. We will do our best to modify your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee order modification. If we receive your shipment back due to an incorrect address, we will reship your order to a corrected address at an additional shipping cost to you. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address entry.
You will receive an automated email with your tracking number when your package ships from our warehouse.
Most domestic orders qualify for free shipping via USPS First-Class Mail. This option is available during checkout.
UPS GROUND: Delivery in 1-5 business days after shipping (see order processing above). Carries $100 of automatic insurance.
UPS 3-DAY SELECT: Delivery guaranteed in 3 business days after shipping (see order processing above). Carries $100 of automatic insurance.
UPS 2nd DAY AIR: Delivery guaranteed on the 2nd business day after shipping (see order processing above), between 10:30am and noon. Carries $100 of automatic insurance.
UPS NEXT DAY AIR: Delivery guaranteed on the following business day after shipping (see order processing above), between 10:30am and noon.
If you do not receive your order for any reason, please contact our customer support team by phone at 1-888-223-8454 or by email email@example.com. If the tracking on your order shows that it was delivered, but it has not yet been received, you will need to file a missing package claim with the carrier. Once we receive your claim number, we will ensure that your order is reshipped as soon as possible.
