Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 3 business days of purchase, although they will often ship out faster. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 6 business days to process before shipping. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number when your package ships from our warehouse.
Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Our warehouse and Customer Service department are both closed on the following days: New Year’s Day: January 1, 2024 | Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: January 15, 2024 | President’s Day: February 19th, 2024 | Memorial Day: May 27, 2024 | Independence Day: July 4 & 5, 2024 | Labor Day: September 2, 2024 | Veterans Day: November 11, 2024 | Thanksgiving: November 28 & 29, 2024 | Christmas: December 24 & 25, 2024 | New Year's Eve: December 31, 2024
Earthing Order Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, add items, or remove items from your order before it ships, please call Customer Service immediately at 1-888-223-8454 for assistance.
We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee order modifications.
If we receive your shipment back due to an incorrect address, we will reship your order to a corrected address at an additional shipping cost to you. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect address entry.
Shipping Carrier Information
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Orders are shipped via USPS or FEDEX.
Most domestic orders qualify for free shipping via USPS First-Class Mail. This option is available during checkout.
If your order is below $89.00, you may select USPS Advantage at check out which has a 5-7 day delivery time, or FEDEX Overnight. Please note, FEDEX does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays, even when you select the Overnight option.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We ship our products internationally with the exception of the following countries: Canada, India, Mexico, or Russia.
Please check your country’s customs regulations carefully before placing your order, as we are not responsible for refused orders or for paying customs fees.
We also have Authorized International Distributors across the world who sell our products.
Earthing Missing Orders/Order Questions
If you do not receive your order for any reason, or if you have any questions about your order, please contact our Customer Support Team by phone at 1-888-223-8454 or by email at help@earthing.com.
If the tracking on your order shows that it was delivered, but it has not yet been received, you will need to file a missing package claim with the carrier. Once we receive your claim number, we will ensure that your order is reshipped as soon as possible.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable and Earthing is not responsible for return shipping costs.
