Description
This easy-to-clean, densely cushioned, grounded yoga mat will ground you indoors or outdoors!
Its conductive hydrophilic top layer absorbs your sweat to ensure a slip-free workout.
Indoor use: Test the outlet you intend to use with your Outlet Checker. If the outlet tests correct, you can connect the Earthing Double Sided Yoga Mat to the outlet using the included magnetic Earthing Cord.
Outdoor use: Simply lay the Earthing Double Sided Yoga Mat on any conductive surface, and you are ready to exercise while grounded!
Dimensions = 26" x 71" and 3.5mm thick

How To Set Up
TO USE THE EARTHING YOGA MAT INSIDE:
STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded.
GROUNDED = Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
NOT GROUNDED = Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.
STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet.
STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Magnetic Cord into the Safety Adapter. Snap the other end of the Magnetic Cord onto the connector tab on the Earthing Single-sided Yoga Mat.
STEP 4: Touch the Earthing Yoga Mat and you are grounded!

MATERIALS:
Dimensions = 26" x 71" and 3.5mm thick
Top & Bottom Layers = Made from our proprietary carbon-based grounding material that is the culmination of two decades of Clint Ober's research and development. Its conductive hydrophilic top layer absorbs sweat and creates a smooth surface that feels nice to the touch. Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts Earth's electrons.
Core Layer: Natural rubber, creating a dense, comfortable cushion.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Do:
- Wipe down the Yoga Mat using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
- Air dry before rolling the Yoga Mat back up.
Do Not:
- Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the Yoga Mat.
- Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Yoga Mat as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time."
