Description
The Earthing Mattress Cover is made from our proprietary grounding material that is the culmination of two decades of research and development. Clint Ober designed it after feedback from our customers that they wanted a sleep option that would last longer than silver-threaded grounding sheet. The grounded Mattress Cover can be placed over or under your fitted sheet. It is thin, 100% conductive, easy to clean, and very durable. Sleeping grounded is one of the easiest ways you can ground your body consistently each day for 6-8 hours!

How To Set Up
STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded.
GROUNDED = Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
NOT GROUNDED = Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.
STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet.
STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Place the Mattress Cover on your mattress. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of your Mattress Cover.
STEP 4: For instant grounding, make direct skin contact with the Mattress Cover. If you prefer a thin layer of material between your skin and the mat, you'll still be grounded once your sweat creates channels for Earth's electrons to pass through.
Recommended Materials:
- Natural Fabrics: Cotton and bamboo are the best choices for optimal grounding.
- Partially Synthetic Fabrics: These are acceptable but may take longer to establish grounding.
Avoid:
- Fully Synthetic Materials: These block electron flow and prevent effective grounding.
It's important to choose the right materials to ensure you experience the full benefits of grounding with your Mattress Cover!
Ideas For Use
Simply slide the straps of the Mattress Covers around each corner of your mattress, and you’re done!
You may put the Mattress Cover over or under your fitted sheet:
On Top Of The Fitted Sheet: Direct skin contact is best so placing the Mattress Cover on top of your fitted sheet is ideal. In this case, you may have pajamas and socks on, and still get grounded.
Under The Fitted Sheet: The Mattress Cover will ground you when placed under your fitted sheet, but your fabric choice matters and your bare skin must come in contact with the fitted sheet. Adding another layer of pajamas on top of the fitted sheet may be too much fabric to ground through.

Earthing's unique grounding material is vegan, eco-friendly, durable, 100% conductive, and easy to clean.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
The hypoallergenic nature of carbon helps combat allergens in your bed. These covers not only ground you, they also create a physical shield against the dust and mites living in your mattress.
Easy Cleaning: Simply clean with a little soap and water on a cloth, then wipe clean with plain water and allow to dry naturally. The Earthing® Mattress Cover should be wiped down regularly to ensure good conductivity and to avoid build up of skin oils.
Do:
- Wipe down the Mattress Cover using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
- Air dry before using it again.
Do Not:
- Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the Mattress Cover.
- Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Mattress Cover as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.

Glad I got the mattress cover. I feel less pain, and waking up in a calm state. First night I was so cold and woke up in a sweat. Extra light blanket on top helped the next night.
I am 82 years old. I have a twisted back from scoliosis - x-rays show bone on bone. Was taking multiple Tylenol Arthritis to help me make it through the day and I still had to sit frequently to cope with the pain. Thankfully I managed to overcome my skepticism and ordered the sleep mat. I have been using it for almost a month. About a week ago it occurred to me that my back pain was significantly diminished. Wow! So I have just ordered the pillowcase and throw for my 85 year old husband.
Enjoy this mattress cover much more than the single strip cover. It stays in place and doesn't get all wrinkled up during the night. Very pleased.
I received this a few weeks ago and it works wonderfully. I liked laying on it directly, it didn’t make me sweat any more than I normally would on a regular sheet, but it would stick to me occasionally. After using it the 1st night 98% of my pain was gone. My hubby didn’t like the feel of it, so I found a 100% organic cotton 144 TC sheet set and put it over the mattress grounding cover. The fitted sheet will not show its grounding but as the sight stated once your body starts to perspire from getting warmed up you are grounded. Occasionally I spritz water on it if I want to be grounded faster. This grounding cover works wonderfully and pulls us into a deep sleep, pretty much eliminates our pain, restless leg syndrome has settled for my husband and my allergies are not as bad as they were. I do recommend getting it if you are thinking about it, grounding really dies work.
I’ve been sleeping in this for about 3 weeks. Within 4 days, lower back pain that I’d been experiencing reduced almost entirely. I’ve been sleeping deeper than I have in years, even dreaming every night. I’m so thankful to have found this - it is an absolute blessing!
