This easy-to-clean, densely cushioned, grounded yoga mat is fully conductive on both sides! This means you can ground indoors by connecting it with the included snap cord into a grounded wall outlet, or ground outside (without a cord) by placing it on a grounded surface like grass, dirt, etc.

It also has a conductive hydrophilic top layer that absorbs sweat.

How it Works

To Use The Grounded Yoga Mat Indoors:
1. Check your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure a proper ground connection.
2. Plug the included Safety Adapter into the grounded outlet.
3. Snap the included Snap Cord to the Yoga Mat and then plug the other end of the Snap Cord into the Safety Adapter.
4. Your product is now grounded and ready for use.

The smooth black side of the grounded yoga mat with the foot icon should be face up and in contact with your body during use. Creasing of the surface is normal and does not affect conductivity.

To Use The Grounded Yoga Mat Outdoors:
Simply place your mat on a grounded surface. Your yoga mat is now grounded and ready for use.
